8+ years of experience in Java development.
Strong experience with Java 11/17, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with observability, monitoring, and resilience patterns.
Experience with event-driven architectures and Kafka.
Nice to Have
Exposure to AI/Generative AI technologies and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI).
Previous experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.
