About the Job:

Mindwire Systems is seeking an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical Recruiter) to work in a fast-paced environment a full time 12 months term position for one of our largest private company
Client Location: Gatineau, QC. ( 4 days On-Site ).

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates while assessing culture fit;
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop recruiting strategies;
• Implement creative sourcing techniques through direct sourcing, social media, referrals, networking, and pipeline building;
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, employment centers, associations, and universities, while tracking recruitment metrics and supporting career fairs/student programs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels of the organization while balancing shifting priorities and meeting stakeholder expectations;
• Minimum two (2) years of recruitment experience with a preferred combination of Corporate and Agency recruiting
• A university degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field;
• Strong strategic recruitment skills, including sourcing, behavioral interviewing, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and advanced use of social media and LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Proactive, innovative, and adaptable approach with a strong focus on relationship building, continuous improvement, and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding;
