  • Rate:  $55 - $64 in pocket 
  • Minimum 5-6 years of Tibco Sys Admin
  • Cloud and DevOps experience would be a big plus

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tibco Systems Administrator  responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, support, and maintenance of TIBCO integration platforms to ensure high availability, performance and reliability of enterprise integration services.  This role works closely with application teams, developers, infrastructure,and business stakeholders to support integrations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management & Deployment

  • Install, configure, and maintain TIBCO components 
  • Support development, test, and production environments with consistent configuration and deployment practices.
  • Manage EMS objects including queues, topics, bridges, and routing configurations.

Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Optimization

  • Monitor system health and performance; implement proactive tuning and issue avoidance.
  • Diagnose and resolve platform, integration, and performance issues.

Security & Compliance

  • Maintain access controls, authentication, encryption, and platform hardening.
  • Apply patches, updates, and security remediations according to policy.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Upgrades, Maintenance & Documentation

  • Lead upgrade planning, testing, and rollout of new platform versions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on architecture, configurations, and procedures.
  • Track licenses, platform versions, and capacity.

Backup, Recovery & High Availability

  • Implement and test backup and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Support high?availability solutions including clustering, load balancing, and fault tolerance.

 


Experience

  • Typically 5–10+ years in Tibco Administration 
  • Cloud and DevOps experience is a strong nice to have
  • Experience supporting large?scale, high?availability enterprise environments.
  • Background working with cross?functional technical teams.

Soft Skills

  • Strong diagnostic and root?cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of high?performance teams.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • TIBCO or ITIL certifications an asset.
