Brainhunter is currently seeking “Senior Project Coordinator” to work for our valued Client. This is a six-month contract with potential to renew in 2026 and requires the successful candidate to work in office four days a week. Senior Project Coordinatorwill support our Client’s Capital Investment & Innovation projects team. This role assists with administrative processes, preparation of deliverables for Capital projects planning and support with updating and creating project documentation. The Senior Project Coordinator supports these objectives using internal project management tools to stay organized and works under the direction of the Capital and Innovation Projects Senior Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains high quality project documentation as needed, including workback schedules, meeting minutes, metrics reports, operational guides, and general communications
Maintains ownership and execution of Minor Capital investment projects from concept to implementation
Manages stakeholder communication, triages new issues and provides timelines and deliverable specifics as needed
Coordinates team meetings with project stakeholders, and ensures meeting notes/action plans are clearly documented and communicated
Gathers analytics and reporting on department performance to monitor investment performance and report on ROI
Responsible for maintaining bi-weekly project tracker to be shared with stakeholders
Helps maintain project documentation including updating version history and sharing on correct channel
Ad hoc support of other related projects within the PC Express Operations business unit
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordinator or support role
Knowledge of project management processes
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong administrative and organization skills
Strong communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Handles ambiguity well and is self-motivated
Ability to carry out detail-oriented tasks accurately and independently
Ability to interact with different teams across the organization and follow up on activities in support of program schedules
Knowledge of financial budgetary practices and principles is preferred
Experience with facilities, equipment and construction is a bonus
